What if there is a problem with my order?
If there’s a problem with your order, please call our store at 256-383-7454 as soon as possible.
New items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your item and calling our store. If the item is being shipped back to our store please include all original packaging and invoices. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased. If not, a partial, or no refund will be provided. Customer is responsible for the freight cost back to Counts Brothers Music.
Used items Used items are sold without an extended warranty. They are guaranteed to work, unless otherwise stated, but you must immediately notify us with any problems that are discovered.
